Description
海天霞 (Rosy Dawn) takes its name from a Ming-dynasty palace colour — the pale rosy shade of dawn light over the sea. This qipao is cut from lustrous blush-pink satin in that exact hue: warm, dusty, and quietly radiant.
Craft highlights
- Artisan floral embroidery — a spray of violet-pink blossoms trails from the shoulder down one side, petals worked in layered silk thread, stems traced in fine silver-thread accents
- Embroidered collar — the mandarin collar itself carries the same floral motif, a detail reserved for the most labour-intensive pieces
